1. Information We Collect
When you use our Bulk SMS platform, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, company name, API usage data, and message delivery logs. We also collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, browser type, IP address) to improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Bulk SMS service, process your API requests, send delivery reports, communicate with you about your account, improve our platform, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Protection
All data transmitted through our platform is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Message content is stored securely and never shared with third parties. We implement access controls, regular security audits, and follow Rwanda data protection regulations.
4. Data Retention
We retain message logs for 90 days for delivery tracking and troubleshooting. Account information is retained for the duration of your account plus 12 months after closure.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with MTN Rwanda and Airtel Rwanda for message delivery, and with analytics providers (anonymized, aggregated data only).
